It will take up to 5 minutes to complete the survey, and all responses will remain anonymous and be stored securely. You will be free to end the survey at any point.Yes, I agree for my data to be collected for research to help our understanding of these issuesNo, I just want to explore and not participate this timeSection Break Your public urban space and its soundscape Our simulator gives people the chance to change the amount of traffic and nature (amount of vegetation and birds) in their environment. It also lets you change the number of people that are present and the type of surfaces used to create the built environment (bricks, grass, or glass). The choices you made are similar to the choices that architects and planners make when designing our cities. These choices affect how the city sounds and how it makes us feel, such as if it helps you relax, recover and destress. The virtual environment simulator helps us learn more about which sounds make you feel good and enable you to restore. It will also make architects and planners more aware of the impact their decisions have on how a city sounds. Please check out the Virtual Environment Simulator again in the future, as there will be many more options for you to design your urban space.
